Using Moqivo

Terms of use

Moqivo is operated by Armstrong Creative Co. These terms cover your use of moqivo.io and the Moqivo app. Please read them together with our privacy policy and the licence included with your mockup purchase.

Your account and purchased collections

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Connect the Etsy account used to purchase an eligible bundle. Each Etsy account and claimed order can be linked to one Moqivo account. Contact us if you need help recovering or correcting that connection.

Access is included with eligible bundles identified in their Etsy listings. It does not unlock the entire catalog. Refunded, cancelled, or otherwise ineligible purchases may lose access. Do not share accounts or use another person’s purchase to obtain access.

Your artwork and exported images

You keep ownership of artwork you upload. You must have the rights needed to use it. You allow us and our service providers to store and process that artwork as necessary to operate the app and create your mockups.

You may use exported images as permitted by the licence included with your purchased bundle. These terms do not expand or replace that licence. Do not resell, distribute, or extract Moqivo’s source scenes, templates, or assets as a competing mockup product.

Use the service responsibly

Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt to access someone else’s files, bypass purchase verification, scrape protected assets, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is a mistake.

Availability and your files

Features may change and maintenance or outages may interrupt access. Keep your own copies of original artwork and exported images. Moqivo is a creative tool, not a substitute for your own file backup. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device or browser.

Etsy purchases and other services

Purchases, payment processing, and order disputes take place on Etsy under the applicable Etsy and shop terms. These app terms do not change your statutory consumer rights or the terms of an existing purchase. Google, Etsy, and other linked services have their own terms.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Moqivo uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Closing your account and getting help

Contact hello@moqivo.io for account recovery, purchase-access problems, or account closure. Closing an account does not itself cancel or refund an Etsy purchase. Data requests are handled as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and applicable rights

We will update the effective date when these terms change and give notice of material changes where required. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
