Create a Moqivo account or sign in with Google. If you register with an email and password, confirm your email using the link we send you. Then connect the Etsy account you used to purchase a Moqivo-enabled bundle.

On your account page, choose “Connect to Etsy” and approve the connection on Etsy. Moqivo checks for eligible purchases and adds your collections. If you see “Continue purchase search,” choose it to check the remaining purchases.

Use the Etsy account that made the purchase. Your Moqivo email does not have to match your Etsy email. Each Etsy account can be linked to one Moqivo account.

First connect your guest order to an Etsy account ↗ using Etsy’s instructions. Then connect that Etsy account to Moqivo. We don’t currently offer an order-number-only or purchase-email unlock option. Contact us if your collection still doesn’t appear.

Sign in to the Moqivo account you originally connected. Creating another Moqivo account or revoking access on Etsy does not transfer the existing connection. If you can’t access that Moqivo account, contact us for help.

Open your workspace, choose scenes from your collection, and upload artwork. Drag a design onto a frame, adjust the finish and lighting, then export PNG or JPG images. Save your workspace to return to it later, or download multiple scenes together as a ZIP.

Those files remain part of your Etsy order. Moqivo is the browser workspace for placing artwork into mockups and exporting finished images.

Yes. Choose individual scenes from collections you own, use different artwork in separate frames, and apply a design across selected scenes.
