Privacy policy

Moqivo is operated by Armstrong Creative Co. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit moqivo.io, use the app, connect an Etsy account, or contact us.

What we collect and why

• Account information: your name, email address, verification status, and sign-in details, to create and secure your account. Passwords are stored as hashes. Google sign-in supplies account identifiers and basic profile information; it does not give us your Google password.
• Etsy connection and purchases: your Etsy account identifier and relevant order, listing, and payment-status information, to identify eligible purchases, prevent duplicate claims, and manage collection access. Moqivo does not collect your payment-card details. Etsy processes your purchase.
• Your creative work: uploaded artwork, file names, folders, saved workspaces, and settings, to store your library and create mockups. Uploads are associated with your account and are not published in a public gallery.
• Technical information: IP addresses, browser/session information, cookies, and operational logs, to keep you signed in, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
• Support messages: information you send us so we can respond and resolve an issue.

Services that help us run Moqivo

Cloudflare hosts the app, database, and uploaded files. Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails. Google and Etsy handle their respective sign-in or authorization steps. Our email provider handles support correspondence. These providers process information needed for their role; their own services also have privacy policies. Processing may take place outside your province or country and be subject to local laws.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to investigate fraud, protect accounts, or respond to a security incident.

Cookies and browser storage

Moqivo uses sign-in cookies and browser storage for sessions, workspace recovery, and preferences. Blocking or clearing this storage can sign you out or remove unsaved local work. Save your workspace before clearing browser data.

Storage, retention, and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service. Purchase-link records may need to be retained to prevent reuse of a claimed purchase, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Moving artwork to Trash hides it from your active library and allows restoration; it is not permanent deletion.

Contact us to request permanent deletion or account closure. We will verify your identity, explain any records we must retain and why, and remove information no longer needed. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or removed. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and questions

You can edit your workspaces, stop using Google sign-in, or revoke Moqivo’s authorization in Etsy’s account settings. Revoking authorization does not automatically delete your Moqivo account or transfer an existing purchase link.

To request access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent where applicable, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact our Privacy Officer at hello@moqivo.io. Some requests may affect our ability to provide collection access. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes where required. For account and mockup use, see our terms of use.
